Meet the Co-Founders
Gene Gold and Ara Bezdjian are the Co-Founders of BMS Wellness, a Silicon Valley–based wellness and longevity center built for people who don't settle for average health.
Together, Gene and Ara created BMS Wellness to bridge the gap between body, mind, and spirit — recognizing that true longevity and performance require not only physical strength, but mental clarity, emotional resilience, and intentional recovery.
Eugenia "Gene" Gold
Gene Gold is the Co-Founder and CEO of BMS Wellness. With a background spanning clinical nutrition, elite athletic performance, and preventive health, Gene brings a thoughtful, science-backed approach to personalized health optimization.
She holds advanced training in nutrition and anthropometry, is a certified personal trainer and endurance coach. Gene is also an accomplished endurance athlete, having competed in over 30 sprint and Olympic-distance triathlons, numerous open-water swimming events, and completed three Ironman races and one Half Ironman. Her firsthand experience in performance, recovery, and metabolic health directly informs the protocols offered at BMS Wellness.
Prior to launching BMS Wellness, Gene built a successful career in luxury real estate, working with international and high-net-worth clients. This background shaped her commitment to exceptional service.
As Co-Founder & CEO, Gene oversees strategy, operations, clinical partnerships, staff training, and brand development, ensuring every client receives a highly personalized, results-driven experience. Her mission is to empower individuals to become the CEO of their own health, using modern science, proven modalities, and intentional lifestyle design.
Ara Bezdjian
Ara Bezdjian is the Co-Founder and CFO of BMS Wellness, where he leads the company's financial strategy, operations, and protocol development. With a background rooted in elite athletic performance, business operations, and applied recovery science, Ara plays a central role in designing the systems and longevity frameworks that power the BMS Wellness experience.
A former Olympic athlete, Ara brings a high-performance mindset to every aspect of the business, with a deep focus on efficiency, resilience, and measurable outcomes. His athletic background informs his passion for recovery optimization, metabolic health, and performance longevity — principles embedded throughout BMS Wellness' proprietary protocols and wellness stacks.
In addition to overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and operational infrastructure, Ara is instrumental in the development and integration of advanced recovery modalities, ensuring that each offering aligns with both scientific rigor and real-world performance demands.
As Co-Founder, Ara is committed to building BMS Wellness into a best-in-class longevity and preventive health destination, empowering clients to optimize performance, recovery, and long-term vitality through intentional, data-driven wellness strategies.
Dr. Anjali Dhar
Expert, compassionate care combined with extensive medical experience is what makes Dr. Anjali Dhar stand out in the world of aesthetic medicine. Dr. Dhar created Luminance Regenerative Beauty & Wellness to provide cutting-edge body and skin treatments using advanced technology, rooted in the power of regenerative medicine and the body's ability to heal itself, and is now the Medical Director of BMS MD.
After studying ophthalmology at the University of Pierre & Marie Curie in Paris, France, Dr. Dhar completed a fellowship in dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco, where she worked on HIV skin-related diseases. The belief that every person has the right to feel healthy both internally and externally led Dr. Dhar to start Luminance Regenerative Beauty & Wellness and provide her medical expertise at BMS MD.
Dr. Dhar also holds aesthetic treatment qualifications in Emsculpt Neo non-invasive body contouring, injectable wrinkle reducers and fillers, Charles Runel's proprietary technique in O-shot and P-shot. She is also trained in hormone optimization, skin rejuvenation, laser skin renewal, and is a master injector.
